Had an appointment with her, they led me to the back and put me in a dark room with just a dim little light lighting the room. I literally sat there for 2 hours waiting to be seen by the doctor. Nobody came to check on me or gave me an update on when I would be seen by her. She finally comes in & only spoke with me for 5 minutes and refilled by prescription. Some time goes on & I needed to book another appointment with her and suddenly my insurance isn’t accepted by her anymore.
I don’t even know where to start! I should have listened to the reviews! First I want to say the front desk MA was nice and professional. However! My appointment was at 9:30am as a new patient. At 10am I asked the front desk how much longer until I get called back because I was literally the only person in the waiting room. She told me the doctor was running behind and that there was 2 patients already in the rooms that needed to be seen. I said okay no problem, I sat back down and waited.
