This used to be my primary care provider, unfortunately that ended very soon. The medical assistants are extremely rude, they never wanna do their job, instead they sit at their desks all day and give dirty looks. I’ve called multiple times about my medications to them and they always sound rude or annoyed on the phone, they didn’t lower my dosage one day when I asked, instead they gave my pushback and said I needed to make an appointment with the doctor. I went there for the first time I was 15 mins early and had to wait for 2 hrs to be seen. We didn’t leave because I really needed to see her. She order some labs I did my labs a day later and I’ve never received a call from her to follow up and they never answer the phone. I just went on my insurance app and seen I can look at my labs. There were certain ones that were very bad and it’s been almost a year now. I’ve obviously moved on but she popped up when I was looking for another Dr and I decided to do my review.
I've been with her for years and I have been very satisfied everyone is friendly and caring ☺️
