I wish I could rate zero. Dr Sampat was cold and does not care about people. He told me to lose 100lbs for surgery without even having me stand up for an exam. I got a second opinion from a different surgeon who said Dr. sampat was unreasonable in his request to operate on me as my weight isn’t even carried around my stomach and back area needed for operation. went to go see him as a second opinion for my grandfather who is 85 years old. the consult was less than 5 minutes, and was rushing him out the door. yes he has history of surgeries and yes he is old, but no bedside manner/empathy on my grandfather who has chronic pain. the doctor kept reiterating, “i’m a spine doctor!!, you’re old, it’s arthritis!!”. again, yes he is 85 years old, but if you are a surgeon and have a private practice you’re expected to listen to the patient at least!! very unwelcoming and rude experience, do... read more
He was great the environment was friendly great service
I walked around for a year with a failed fusion and he kept saying it was healed. Got a second opinion none of the hardware was attached to anything.
