Unprofessional & extremely disappointing. No communication & she lacks any ethical knowledge when it comes to the medical profession. She had to look everything up , & will prescribe ANYTHING…so bad.
I am usually very picky and have high standards, but Dr. Karen Ching is the best doctor I've seen before. She has been my wife's OB and during this time, she has been very patient, professional, and approachable. As this is our first baby, we had an enormous backlog of questions and Dr. Ching was so patient to answer each one. I know that most OBs have waiting times of 2 - 4 hours even with an appointment, but we never had this problem with Dr. Ching. She is a bliss for maternity.
I have been seeing Dr. Ching since she had just finished her residency. She is very caring and gets to the root of the problem, or refers you to the next level.
