Dr. Tseng is very knowledgeable and an outstanding doctor. My experience with him was excellent and he was very helpful and nice. As well as the staff they were very friendly and wonderful.

Dr. Tseng is a great doctor! I've been with him for the past 3+ years (visiting him once in 1-2 years). He's very kind and doesn't rush you. He listens to everything you have to say. He's also very thorough and makes sure I can see clearly with my new contacts or glasses. He's very honest about the necessity of getting new glasses or not.
