I’ve been seeing Dr. Hong for almost two decades, and the consistency and quality of care have been outstanding. Dr. Hong takes the time to listen carefully, explains things clearly, and follows up diligently. He deserves more than 5 stars. Monita, his receptionist is exceptional. Today I called to confirm an appointment with Dr. Dhadwal, but the receptionist phone manners are definitely not like other clinics that I have called before. It sounded like she was in a rush which I can understand, but the tone was like very depressing. Based on first impression it’s bad. Dr Chih Ho Hong changed my life from one of struggling with psoriasis for 25 years to being clear and for 5 years helping me to remain that way. Dr Hong listens and keep you informed of your treatment from start to finish. He is also now helping my brother and the results are amazing. Thank you.
My third visit to Dr Hong I find him very responsive to my situation which apparently is quite rare. He moved quickly today
