Dr Uma is totally irresponsible to my father's needs.
If there were a 0 then that is the score I would give to the office manager Karen! This woman decided without proper grounds to dismiss my care by the Dr based on her own personal decision. What we call this is EGO...ANARCHISTIC...POWER TRIPPING!!! She was even UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE to the Care First representative. She hung up the phone and dismissed both of us! He’s the best Doctor ever! He’s very kind , knowledgeable and responsive. Both my mom and I love him. You can sleep at night knowing that your love one is in his care.
