The receptionist is very rude & doesn’t let you talk. No problem with Dr Wong but she has too go.
The reception is very rude. Waiting times are ridiculous.
Dr. Wong is very professional, attentive, and patient. He always listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and make me feel truly cared for. I deeply appreciate his kindness and dedication.
2 start because of DR Wong I only hope he finds better front desk staff the woman in the morning is horrible and the man at night is rude...
5 Star Doctor. He is truly a saint. Relocates often but still worth following. He can speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin. One of the receptionists is horrible hence 2 star rating. Wait can be really long. Not sure why the automatic doors have been broken for so long. No WiFi. Very quiet. Needs a radio. The waiting room can get hot from the sun. Limited free parking.
