So I walked in to inquire if they're accepting new patients since i'm looking for a new doctor. I tried to greet the receptionist by saying "HI' three times and did not get a single response but instead a straight face glare, like I was annoying -mind the clinic was empty. I asled how she was she was doing, she rolled her eyes and finally gave me a one word annoyed response of "good". The receptionist is very rude & doesn’t let you talk. No problem with Dr Wong but she has too go.
The reception is very rude. Waiting times are ridiculous.
Dr. Wong is very professional, attentive, and patient. He always listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and make me feel truly cared for. I deeply appreciate his kindness and dedication.
2 start because of DR Wong I only hope he finds better front desk staff the woman in the morning is horrible and the man at night is rude...
