I'm now trying to submit an out-of-network claim to UnitedHealthcare. Unfortunately, most of the claim is only reimbursed at 50%. Additionally, there were incorrect codes on some items, and when I asked for corrections, I was charged over $300 per hour for this service even some mistakes is made by her assistant. Overall, Doctor Huang was very patient and kid had great experience except the those insurance related experience.
I have known Dr. Huang professionally for quite a number of years. Throughout this time, we have collaborated on a series of complex client cases. Without fail, Dr. Huang brought expert insight to each consultation, helping the team identify client needs and offering meaningful remediation recommendations. Additionally, I have confidentally referred clients to Dr. Huang, knowing that she was most qualified to meet their testing and consulting needs. I highly recommend Dr. Huang as a talented and knowledgeable clinician.
Super bad experience and rude provider!!! Stay away I had an extremely disappointing experience with this doctor. Not only was the level of professionalism incredibly low, but the doctor also showed a complete lack of ability to communicate with children. They were dismissive, condescending, and seemed to think they knew everything without actually listening to the concerns or needs of my child.
