If I could give negative stars, this office would earn them without hesitation. This is, by far, the most appallingly unprofessional office staff I have ever encountered, demonstrating an utter lack of consideration for patients. My family dentist's recommendation led me to contact them for an appointment. What followed was a frustrating and utterly inefficient process. I highly recommend this place for wisdom teeth extraction. I had mine done last week, and the doctor and staff were incredibly helpful. The procedure was hassle-free, and they even checked up on me the next day to see how I was doing.
Dr. Tai is very thorough and kind. My daughter saw him for a tooth extraction at the hospital and saved us anaesthesia fees. He only charged for the extraction fee! I
