If I could give negative stars, this office would earn them without hesitation. This is, by far, the most appallingly unprofessional office staff I have ever encountered, demonstrating an utter lack of consideration for patients. I highly recommend this place for wisdom teeth extraction. I had mine done last week, and the doctor and staff were incredibly helpful. The procedure was hassle-free, and they even checked up on me the next day to see how I was doing.

Dr. Tai is very thorough and kind. My daughter saw him for a tooth extraction at the hospital and saved us anaesthesia fees. He only charged for the extraction fee! I

I highly recommend this office for wisdom teeth extractions. The staff is organized, helpful, and courteous. They handled submitting the information to the insurance company, provided a thorough aftercare package, and even followed up with a call to check upon the patient's recovery.
