Art of Dermatology in St Clair Shores is awful. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there. Staff is extremely unprofessional and not very smart. Wait and hold times are ridiculous. I’ve never been so disgusted with a doctors office in my life. All staff are rude and incompetent. Hang up on you cause they’re frustrated and don’t have any answers. Office managers are never around. Can’t believe they have jobs or that their offices are still open. Doctors should choose more wisely who represents them. Very disappointing.
I very highly recommend Dr Gotham and her physician assistants! I had to have a growth removed. I was treated with much kindness, compassion and skill. I had seen Dr Gotham years before for another issue. I never forgot her excellent care and kindness. It is so wonderful that she is passing along her passion, wisdom and skills so there will always be wonderful Dr’s of Dermatology to care for everyone’s skin care needs. I saw Dr. Gottam last week for the first time. I was so worried about my condition. She is extremely professional and friendly with a warm welcoming smile. She listened to my problem , understood and gave me a step by step instruction on what to do. She explains everything is detail. She is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and understand the condition. I would highly recommend her . Amazing bed side manners. Thank you Doc.
Dr. Gottam saw my father, who is suffering from an autoimmune skin condition. Her patient manner was excellent. She was thoughtful, attentive to us, explained the prognosis in a clear and understandable manner. Dissected our current situation and where we go from here.
