I just had a filling replaced. When it came time to numb my mouth, Dr. Tate must have screwed up with the anesthesia needle because it wasn't a small pinch. It was like getting stabbed. Rather than stop and fix whatever mistake he made, he kept going. I felt every millimeter of the needle going in. Afterwards, his apology was insincere. I couldn't even call it half-hearted. I almost walked out right there. Edit: a week later, I still had some facial numbness.
Everyone was so helpful professional and courteous. Thank you so so much.
