I am extremely pleased with the care I receive from my Doctor Sanders. She is professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely concerned about my health and well-being. I appreciate the time taken to answer my questions. I never feel rushed during my appointments, and I always feel respected and valued as a patient.
Dr. Sanders is an excellent and caring doctor. Unfortunately, the prescription fill and refill process at their office is pathetic. It’s been four days since my office visit and I still don’t have any prescriptions filled or the pharmacy has been notified. The same with refills they take forever. When I calle the office, I get the usual excuse it takes 5 to 7 days. What’s so hard about pushing a button on a computer. ?
