Incredible listener. l am grateful for her work.
They book people appointments knowing they are under staffed. I been here since 10am my appointment was at 11:45am called to back at 12:45noon it is now 3:16pm and i have yet to been seen by my doctor or the so called nurse working for her. They wanna keep saying sorry and thats not helping patients and there scheduled appointments for today. This is beyond ridiculous and unprofessional and insensitive to the patients waiting to be seen for 8 hours since this morning.
Very poor service at this office. First thing is she is quick to tell you what she’s not gonna do. That’s before you even have a chance to explain what you’re there for. Inconsistent on keeping track of appointments. Ask you what you are there for like she didn’t request the next visit. Never respond to MyChart messages or questions. First appointment I had got canceled with no notice. Second appointment, I arrived on time, actually before my appointment time. There were so many people waiting. There is literally no way they are following COVID protocols with how many people were in the waiting room. There were even people waiting outside of the office, literally sitting on the floor, with more people coming in. I sat and waited an HOUR, a whole hour to get my name called back.
