Great Dr. She talked to my son not to me and answered all of our questions.
Dr. Coldwater is great. She listens, provides you options and works with you to find what is best for your child and family. And she includes the child every set of the way. She is very flexible and accommodating, offering in person or tele health options and is extremely responsive even when on vacation or during non traditional business hours. In other words she offers concierge service for insured and self-pay alike.
It's always easy to get an immediate appointment, and Dr. Coldwater always delivers straight talk, but without dismissing your concerns. She has an email account that she responds to after hours, even late at night, for non-emergency questions.
