I'm disappointed with the whole experience at this doctor's office. The doctor was 45 minutes late and told me to get a pap smear even though I told her it had been less than two years. All of this I could deal with but I still don't have the pap smear results from two months ago. When I call the office, the front desk lady just tells me "Check Passport!" and when I tell her I checked there and it's still not there, she repeats that and hangs up. Dr. Ng has been my OB/GYN for just about a decade now and I have always felt EXTREMELY Lucky to have found such a caring, thoughtful yet professional doctor to take care of what I think is such an intimate part of my well being. She's delivered all three of my kids. She's amazing at what she does. Her office staff is also very personable and professional.
