Doc J has been my PCP for over 15 years and I'd never go to anyone else unless I moved far away. I've been cursed my whole life with a plethora of medical issues and had to see many many different drs and there is NO comparison. She is the only dr I've been to that truly cared about my well being every visit! Dr Jacobson saved my Mom’s life. When we found out my Mom had advanced (incurable) ovarian cancer, my Mom did not have a primary care physician and thus the earliest oncologist appointment I could get her was four months out. Through a friend I found Dr. Jacobson. She saw Moms CT scan and the next day my Mom met with Dr Jacobson. Two days after that my Mom was getting chemo from an oncologist in Coeur d Alene. I was totally unimpressed with this doctor. She promised me a follow-up visit would not cost me anything, but she charged me because I “asked a question”. I did not feel like she was concerned about my medical issue I went in for, in addition, her receptionist is the most rude woman you will probably ever meet. I am marking this doctor off my list and will never go back.
Dr. Jacobson was rude and unconcerned about my medical issues. I felt rushed and that she did not care about me as a patient. Also, her staff was very rude. I will never use this doctor again.
Dr. Jacobsen truly cares about her patients. I've been with her many years now and I can't even imagine of going elsewhere.
She missed a hormone issue and wanted to put me on a statin at the age of 40. Luckily I looked for a second opinion and was able to get the correct diagnosis and correct my cholesterol without going on drugs. Thank goodness I didn’t take her advice.
Dr. Jacobson was totally unconcerned about my health. She even missed diagnosing me with an obvious (very visible) problem, that an OBGYN noticed the first 2 minutes he started examining me. I will never return to this doctor, as she is unconcerned and I knowledgeable about obvious medical conditions. The staff (especially the receptionist) was very, very rude, and I also heard other patients comment on this!
