The dentist is nice and helpful face to face but lacks that appeal over the phone. His staff is also not the most professional and will even cut in on the conversation when the dentist is explaining your treatment plan. Phone calls are not returned within a reasonable time. There appears to be no attempt to accommodate special scheduling needs (the office hours are fixed and do not provide evening or weekend appointments) …it’s his schedule and nothing else. The dentist is very personable. However the annual cleaning was alot less through than Im use to. My old dentist would use the drill and go around every single tooth, use a floss string and Do some manual scraping. Everytime i went to him. This dentist none of that.When I left my old dentist the front of my teeth would looked manicured. This dentist only uses something that looks like a waterpic and a polisher. Very disappointing . I felt like I wasted one of my annual cleaning 😞
Dr. Rammohan is a nice, calm and composed person. On 1.6.23 I had an appointment for tooth extraction, I was worried and panicked but Dr. applied the gel gently and gave me anesthesia without much pain and while waiting he cleaned all my tooths then he pulled off my tooth in just 5mins with a bareble pain. After my numbness was gone I felt very less pain for a couple of hours and was completely back to normal. Thank you Dr. and I really appreciate his great job. He truly deserves a 5* rating and will definitely recommend him... read more
