This is the worse office to go to. Very incompetent staff or front desk and workers and they intentionally place you on long hold. If Dr. Chen continues to let his practice go down like this, it will not be good. Simple process can’t be requested. I will continue Ob care some where else.

Please be considerate when talking about the waiting time you’re only dealing with one OB/GYN inside of this doctors office. If you can’t be considerate of the fact that there’s only one doctor here. Maybe you need to find another doctor’s office. You guys are rating this doctors office as low as possible All because of the waiting period! He’s only one person!
