This is the worse office to go to. Very incompetent staff or front desk and workers and they intentionally place you on long hold. If Dr. Chen continues to let his practice go down like this, it will not be good. Simple process can’t be requested. I will continue Ob care some where else.
Please be considerate when talking about the waiting time you’re only dealing with one OB/GYN inside of this doctors office. If you can’t be considerate of the fact that there’s only one doctor here. Maybe you need to find another doctor’s office. You guys are rating this doctors office as low as possible All because of the waiting period! He’s only one person! “Dear Dr. Chen, I just want to thank you for the care you’ve given me over the past three years. You always take the time to listen and address my concerns, and I really appreciate the way you look after your patients. I’m grateful to have you as my doctor.”
If I could put zero stars I would. The wait for office is ridiculous. TWO WHOLE HOURS just to wait to see the doctor just for 10 minutes…….. and the front desk staff unorganized as well. The young black lady with the pixie cut very rude and unprofessional needs an attitude check. Don’t waste your time or money here. This office gives only wanting the money. The care for patients is -0 out 10 if i could even report this practice to state board of Florida I would if I could….
