Well, so far all of the reviews are telling the truth. I’ve been waiting 35 minutes to get called back. I just got called and I’ll update my review accordingly.
This is not just a review—it’s a testimony. Dr. Chen (the son) has been incredible to me. Please do not allow personal feelings or misunderstandings to get in the way of having a safe delivery and a healthy baby. His personality is strong, but his intentions are pure—he truly cares and is focused on doing his job as a doctor and making sure both mother and baby are safe. Our experience has been wonderful from the very first visit. The doctor and staff are warm, attentive, and always take time to answer our questions. We feel well taken care of every step of the way and couldn’t be happier with the care we’ve received. Highly recommend!
This is the worse office to go to. Very incompetent staff or front desk and workers and they intentionally place you on long hold. If Dr. Chen continues to let his practice go down like this, it will not be good. Simple process can’t be requested. I will continue Ob care some where else.
