The doctor wanted $100 consultation fee on top of already charging my insurance for x-rays and consultation fee even though it was previously agreed upon over the phone that there would be no in-person direct payment required and the insurance would be accepted. Only interested in a cash grab!
I saw her in early July at Coast Dental Lutz. That appointment was good. Clean office, polite staff. Doctor did a root canal.
I give this woman one star only because I have to in order to leave a comment! I have NEVER ever dealt with anyone so unprofessional and disrespectful in my life! I took two of my kids this morning for a root canal, one that is 12 and took a 5 mg Valium per Dr Chen He’s request, and my 13 yr old son who was there for phase 2 of his root canal. She informed him she’d be cutting his gums with a blade. (What child wouldn’t be anxious) & kept telling my daughter she’d just pull hers rather then waste her time due to her crying. ... read more
