Dr. Kim was very lovely and she allowed me to ask questions and gave me all the options, good and bad. I felt that I was being heard and that made me feel safe. Looking forward to my next appointment.
Office is very clean and the staffs are friendly. Excellent hygienist work. Most important, Dr. Alice Kim provide an incredible dental care. Highly recommend.
I always feel confident when I have an appointment with Drs. Chen and Lee and my hygienist Beth because they provide excellent care. It seems to me that dentistry is about expertise in detail, and they provide it in spades - and with gentleness and kindness. Complementing their excellence is the efficient office staff. The office is at the Rotunda.
I am a new patient at Drs. Chen and Kim’s, and I’m so glad I found this practice! The office environment is great and the entire team is professional. My hygienist, Alice, is truly the best I have ever had—she is so thorough and gentle. I came in with quite a few dental problems, and Dr. Kim has been incredibly patient in addressing every single one of them. Even though it's a few extra miles away from where I live, the quality of care makes the trip 100% worth it!
