Dr Artaza is knowledgeable, straightforward, polite and professional . He does quality work and I've never felt any pain, not even from the first shot of Novocain. It doesn't hurt that all the assistants are pretty, and very nice :)
Ihave known DR hugo artaza for years and all these years he has been and still is the best dentist I have delt with .he makes you feel as if you are a personal friend of his ,always caring gentle considerate good sence of humour and extremely professional.His staff is also one of the best beautiful courteous and caring.Keep it up DR ARTAZA.
I am really afraid of needles. Dr Artaza has helped me get over my fear(in the dental office anyway) by telling me I won't feel the needle, being really quick, and talking to me about whatever at the same time. His technique works every time!
Walked in the door....greeted friendly with "Hi Joanne" as soon as I entered. No Wait! Experienced an excellent cleaning with my excellent dental hygenist. She's very friendly and very gentle and does a thorough job....she has lots of experience and it shows. Dr. Artaza took a look and reminded me I had three molars that should be crowned and to do this before something goes wrong requiring a root canal. Our entire family has been seeing Dr. Artaza since we moved to Katy almost 5 years ago. He and his staff are very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. If you are searching for a good family dentist in Katy/Houston, give this practice strong consideration.
All good as usual. I feel welcomed at Dr Artaza's office everytime I visit. Staff is always friendly and addresses my requests on a timely manner.
