The office staff was very incompetent. Didn't log my appointment after taking insurance info., etc. When I arrived they seemed to care less that someone screwed up. I drove 45 mins. one way to not get an appointment. They never answer the phone either. So they call back when your not in a good place to talk or schedule. The original person taking appointment information besides failing at her job was not very nice either. Dr. Pham is very thorough. She takes her time with you and explains everything. She is very knowledgeable and helpful.

This was my 1st appointment seeing Dr. Pham. Wow , I am pleasantly pleased with her services. She is very personable and takes her time, explaining diagnoses and issues. You will not be disappointed seeing her!! I definitely recommend!
Took my wife for her appointment. The check in process is very outdated But, that was quickly erased by the extraordinary Dr. From the moment she walked in we felt her exuberance. She quickly made us feel comfortable with her knowledge. I 100% recommend her.
