I called to schedule a new patient appointment and an older lady who sounded horrible answered the phone without saying "ABC" dental, or the name of the clinic first off, and When I asked if it was ABC Dental she hung up in my face. I see the reviews so they speak for themself but she needs a job filing because she should not be answering the phone. No appointment will be scheduled here!

The doctors where rough and mean, they had an attitude with me the entire time and I can still feel all the pain in my mouth. They didn't use enough medicine to numb my mouth and then where mad when I mentioned they where hurting me when drilling into my mouth.

I have been taking my children to this office for years. It has been a struggle to get them in due to the pandemic and they are 9 months past due for a cleaning. I set an appt about 2 weeks ago for my youngest 2 who are in elementary. I missed the confirmation calls but had to listen to my voicemails as I forgot the time of the appt but knew they would mention it.
