I was a very nervous parent of my adult child having wisdom teeth removed here. We'd had a pretty bad experience at a different office with another one of our kids so I had A LOT of questions and was probably not the easiest to deal with. Chase Pruitt and his staff were extremely understanding and patient. Chase Pruitt called himself that night to check in. I was very happy with the entire staff and highly recommend this office.
I owe a big thanks to Chase and his team, had a horrible dental experience at corporate dental provider that led to needing dental implant surgery. Chase and his team explained every step and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Love that they have follow up instructions for after procedures as well. Very talented individuals who deliver!
My husband went to see Dr Chase for a tooth extraction, they made the process so smooth. The staff was helpful and caring. It was nice to have such good customer service all around.
I received fantastic treatment from the team at Chase Pruitt. I went in for wisdom teeth extraction - they had me in and out with an x-ray, consultation, surgery, and post op prescription checkout in less than 45 minutes. They were on the ball and knew exactly what they were doing. Couldn’t recommend more highly for those needing dental surgery.
I’d rate it a three out of five they got me in and out really quickly for pulling four wisdom teeth I feel like they could have explained things to the person that was going to be helping me out at home after the surgery was over. When my husband had his removed two years ago we went to Omaha oral surgery and I feel like they really took the time to explain things to me and the doctor even called my husband the next day after surgery to check on him.
