They exemplify customer service throughout each step of the process, from scheduling an appointment quickly all the way through follow-up care after a visit/procedure. The whole staff makes it a point to listen empathetically whether you’re talking about your tooth pain or your own family, making it clear that they care about not only your teeth but also you as a human! I'm super paranoid about dentists, but recently had a small piece of a filling break off on one of my molars. I asked around, and Dr. Baker's name came up over and over again, so I made the appointment. His entire staff are just lovely people, and Dr. Baker himself is as cool as they come. He figured out what was going on and told me what we should do about. No big upsells or anything like that.
