Dr. Vuong has been consistently so patient and helpful with my daughter’s stubborn acne. She makes my daughter feel comfortable and that’s very important to me.
Today was probably one the worst experiences I have ever had at a professional office. Called two days prior and was given an Appointment today at 10:00am for my dermatologist, Dr. Vuong. I get there at 9:45 am and was told I did not have an appointment. I explained to the arrogant and rude front desk person, Raphael, that I just called two days before and was given this time by a girl on the phone for their Short Hills office. Unfortunately I did not leave this appointment satisfied. I know my concerns were not that serious but they were important to me. I felt I was entertained and not taken seriously.
Dr. Veung is a stellar practitioner. She possesses a combination of professionalism, expertise and human touch I find rare within the medical field. I recommend her without a single reservation.
