Scheduled an appt 1 week out. Just needed to get my daughter a flu shot but were new patients so were told had to be a visit. The day of our appt, I was called and told new patients can only schedule earlier in the day so we needed to move our appt. When I tried to call back to re-schedule and ask why I’m being told to re-schedule the day of, I was on hold for over fifteen minutes. The phone all basically resulted in these are the options we have though it was their error. Very unprofessional.
