Dr. Ladd should not be a mental health provider. Her cold, abrasive, almost robotic demeanor made me feel unsafe in my most vulnerable moments. I do not doubt her intellect or abilities as a physician. However, I am curious why she chose psychiatry of all specialties because her lack of humanness makes sessions with her excruciating. She stares at you with a questioning or judgmental face, making you feel like you are doing something wrong when you're just sharing your problems. So odd. Avoid at all costs.
I have been seeing Dr Ladd since 2017. I have found her to be an exceptional listener and not afraid to ask the tough pointed questions. She provides a safe, comfortable environment to let your guard down and feel accepted, heard and understood. Professional, experienced and caring advice to help ease the transition back to center. Definitely 5/5

Please do not see Dr. Ladd if you or your loved one needs help. Her judgement is poor and she could very well cause serious harm. Please do not see her!

The worst health care experience!
One of the better psychiatrists I've worked with. Dr. Ladd is extremely knowledgeable in her field and truly cares about her patients' well-being.
Charlotte Ladd came highly recommended and I was optimistic about seeing her. However, after seeing her 3 times, I can say with certainty that I've never encountered a worse healthcare professional. Save yourself by steering clear! My other healthcare providers agree that her treatment was appalling. Nice office, but the doctor has serious issues.
