We waited 45 minutes in a crowded waiting room with our 4 week old, and an additional 45 minutes to even see Dr. Akor, who was rude and rushed. She insisted I hand over my baby and go sit down when I wanted to stand near to watch the exam. The tech didn’t use gloves when putting drops in my infants eyes until I asked her to. I am so frustrated, exhausted, and disappointed with our experience. I don’t want to go back. Treated my niece like she was not worthy of services. Don't come to her if you need anything for someone you love.
Dr. Akor is professional and answers all questions regarding my granddaughters eye health. She makes recommendations which have been successful and is very knowledgeable. Her staff is cordial and welcoming, with all Patients making sure they are taken care of in a prompt timeline. If all Dr.'s were like her, it would be absolutely a wonderful day at the Dr.
Dr. Akor listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. She and the entire office was courteous and professional. Most importantly, our young son feels very comfortable and looks forward to his appointments.
