The visit was aggressive and pressuring. I was told I had an “urgent” issue and given only two extreme options, including removing the entire tooth. Dr Hong and his staff were efficient, professional and meticulous. If I needed another root cancel, I would go back to Dr Hong. He doesn’t waste time on happy talk. He gets the job done and we are both on our way. The best!!!!

Dr. Hong was amazing!!! For such an unpleasant procedure such as a root canal, he made the whole experience super easy. It took like 10 minutes and I didn't feel a thing. He was very reassuring throughout the entire procedure knowing I was anxious. He is a very kind and skilled doctor. 10/10 recommend!

Dr. Hong was knowledgeable, worked fast and had light hands. However, his business practice and staff are dishonest. Dr. Hong's office used to be a provider for FepBlue Dental but it is no longer part of the network. When I set up an appointment, the woman I spoke to asked about my insurance and did not mention anything about not being in the network. And so I went to see Dr. Hong. Honest and proffesional. I highly recommend.
Dr. Hong was available to do a root canal on a Saturday. He was competent, clear, compassionate and truthful. He did a great job, and his staff are terrific, too.
