The chiropractor himself is very professional, kind, and good at what he does, which makes this even more disappointing. I feel bad leaving a negative review because my issue is not with him, but my experience with the massage therapist completely ruined the visit. She was dismissive and argumentative whenever I expressed discomfort or asked for an adjustment, instead of simply listening and accommodating the request. I saw one person sharing her excellent experience on social media. So I came spontaneously today just to check it out if I should switch from my previous chiropractor and physical therapy to Dr Bui as his location is one block away from my office. Luckily there was an open time slot upon my arrival, and the experience I had was indeed outstanding. I would call it service rather than just “treatment”. He fixed my hand, neck and back in one visit. Looking forward to the followup visit next time.
