Dr Charley Zheng is such a kind and professional doctor. He is knowledgeable, gentle yet highly skilled, and he genuinely thinks about what’s best for the person he is caring for. His care feels genuine and never excessive. I felt very comfortable, confident, and so well looked after. I’m truly grateful to be under his care.
Unfortunately, this man and one of his operatives have been extremely unfair, aggressive and unreasonable.His operative made false claims to the Dept of Fair Trading about my business, which was then dismissed, then tried court in Qld, where his evidence was not allowed, and he failed to turn up to court, so again was dismissed, in the meantime they have posted defamatory reviews about my business. Dr Charley is honestly the best fertility specialist out there. He is factual, honest and compassionate. Dr Charley was my OB for my daughter. I had several miscarriages before i finally had a successful IVF transfer. I was constantly paranoid about miscarriages after falling pregnant given that I'm a geriatric mother etc. and Dr Charley gave me all the facts and stats so I had a good understanding of what the risks were and it alleviated a lot of my anxiety. Me and my husband had troubles finding a Obsetrician that would provide us with the attention and care we needed during this exciting and stressful journey.
