This is the worst pain management clinic in Tuscarawas and surrounding counties good luck getting your medical records to go somewhere else! I was told I had to go into the office on the boulevard to sign a release form, which I did. She then said the form would be sent to Pomeran hospital and they would send the records to my new physician. That was three weeks ago.
