Had an appointment in August 2025. Couldn't get glasses right. Said they would reverse insurance since I returned them 3X due to their incompetence. Fraudulently charged my insurance in January 2026. Taking my benefits away for the year! This business is a JOKE and everyone that works in that office.
Had a great experience and Dr Tillman explained everything to me and the girls in the office are very friendly. Will be telling everyone to go see Dr Tillman
