I want to be fair with my Review giving facts, but I will never step one foot back into Magnolia dental! The screaming on CRYSTAL’S end was completely unnecessary The whole office could hear her screaming and she told me that Dr. Staples could hear her just fine when I told her to stop yelling at me ! Telling me she’s going to turn me into collections for $41 that I already had paid. Dr. Staples is a fine dentist and personable but he has too many patients. I had an emergency and had to cancel a cleaning appointment and couldn’t get another for 5 months even though I have been a patient for years.
