My 1st visit was yesterday 9/18/18 and I can testify that it will NOT be my last visit. The customer service and the attentiveness from Dr. Charles and Ms. Tea made me feel right at home. I feel very comfortable with sharing this review because everyone needs a Dr. Charles in their life.
I love Dr. Charles Schlievert. He's very helpful and knowledgeable. He's been my family eye doctor for about 4 years and when he relocates this year, we will follow him because his service is that outstanding.
Staff was very nice. They made my daughter feel comfortable for her first eye appointment very pleased.
The staff at this location are extremely rude. We could hear the female staff member(African American girl) with full makeup in the office. She was very unprofessional spoke down to patients and about patients loud enough to be heard! When the Doctor was notified nothing was done and he began to defend her and her behavior. Would not recommend this location to anyone. Disgusted
didnt even see the doctor because the staff was so rude save your time and go to Pearle Vision down the street
