Steer clear of this office and OSF in general. I was referred blindly then waited 12 weeks to be seen. Dr. Rosen treated me like a joke as soon as he deemed me nonsurgical. Orders for my physical therapy are being sent to wrong locations after they promised to get it right for the 50th time. I am still waiting.
Crazy to me that this doctor can sit there with a patient and tell them their head hurts because they're body is telling them they're too fat. Don't see this doctor go to peoria where they'll find the actual cause for head pain.

I was referred to Dr. Charles Rosen around 2020 by OSF St. Joseph Hospital after being hospitalized; I woke up one morning and had no control of my right foot. Because of my unique health history, I had all required test, X-rays, MRIs, CATs, and great care from OSF Staff (Thank you). I was discharge with a referral to see Dr. Rosen as soon as possible.
