They rude and they listened to my 9 year old telling them she said she wants to go to the back herself that’s a NO I will go back there with my child…and this 1 lady at front desk very rude I had to get rude back cause you don’t speak to ppl like that
I've never had a problem with dr Stafford. All my kids been going to him since they've been little and they are 22, 19, 15, and 10 now. I highly recommend them🤷♀️. They are all nice and they break things down so you can understand situations... No complaints my way.
Dr. Stafford and his staff are super! Dr. Stafford is thorough, and yet takes the time to be gentle and considerate.
I've had two fillings done by him pop out, the first while flossing and the second I was eating a soft food. The first time I went back and told them my filling came out and he essentially said it wasn't his fault. The second time I didn't bother going back as I felt I would get the same response.
HORRIBLE!! Told my 14 year old child that she might have cancer in her mouth. Her grandma carried her to the dentist that day and they did not even tell her they just told my child. MY KIDS WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!
