I went by ambulance to ER, that is where I saw Dr Purdy. I was in & out of consciousness. I spent one night in hospital. A few days later I went on my patient portal & read his ER discharge summary, he wrote that I didn’t tell them my medications?! I was unconscious most of the time !!! First of all why don’t they speak to the spouse? He had a list of my medical conditions & all my meds. It would make sense to seek information from a spouse when patient isn’t able to talk!
