He is an awesome Dr. and he truly cares. and so does he’s entire staff.
I and my daughters experience with Dr. Lovelace and his staff has been a rewarding experience, in that, they really take care of their clients in a very professional manner, and they do it with a positive attitude and pleasing smiles, And because of the fact that they really care! My daughter who has (MS) has received nothing the best of recommendations and support. Our best wishes goes out to Dr. Charles Lovelace and his staff. Ken & Kimberly
it took27 min just to get the front office to schedule an appointment then they were so rude I asked to get my sick husband in same day and they were apparently triple booked and couldn't send me the new patient paper work because she was too busy, those were her actual words even though when she answered she was clearly stuffing her face with her breakfast. such poor service. good luck with this hell hole NEVER GOING BACK!!!
