My sisters goes here so when I needed to go to a heart Doctor I ask to be sent to Dr. Burns,because he has helped them He is such a wonderful Doctor I'm glad I asked for him I Love Him and his staff they are so caring and they will help you!!!
These people NEVER ANSWER THE DANG PHONE! Impossible to get a hold of. Then you go in person and they're sitting around twiddling thumbs. Infuriating lack of service and care here.

Dr. Burns and his staff are incredible! Nothing short of kind and helpful. So very caring and thorough and efficient. My husband had a “random” emergency AFib event back in November. I knew I was sick. I kept telling my Drs including Dr Burns how sick I was. I was completely disregarded and told that I was fine. I finally found an incredible PCP in Scottsboro that did the appropriate testing and figured out that I am in fact in heart failure. Dr Burns should be ashamed of himself for disregarding me and my symptoms. All he had to do was send me to the lab and do a blood test and he would have figured it out.
