Been seeing Dr.Park for more than 20 years. He is a great doctor. He can come off a little dry or straight forward. But that's what I like about him. Doesn't sugarcoat nothing and tells you how it is. Great guy ! Always calls me back asap if needed, And always takes care of all my script call ins, And any other issues I have had. I’m honestly at my breaking point with this office. It’s incredibly stressful and disheartening to be ignored when you’re just trying to get the care you need. I’ve called multiple times—no answer. Left messages—no response. And now I’ve been left without a critical prescription that I depend on. There is an answering service that is useless and sends you to “Dr Sanusi” office. When you call that office the receptionist will tell you her supervisor has told her to tell whoever is calling to “stop calling here we aren’t renew... read more
Great doctor! No complaints. Listens to my concerns and is very practical and realistic with feedback. He is no pushover, but is empathetic and responsive to my needs. Highly recommend!
