I'm new to the practice and have only been there twice, but from what I've experienced and heard from other patients, is positive.
My husband and I swear by Dr. Melton and his hygienist, Jenine. I am extremely sensitive to pain, and I have had some terrible hygienists over the years who I swear must have graduated from the Marquis De Sade school of dental hygiene!! Not so with Jenine!!! She is very sweet, and yet extremely gentle while doing a fabulous, professional job each time! They are quite simply the best in the business!
He is wonderful and his hygienist is phenomenal! My ONLY complaint is that my family and I have been called on numerous occasions (I believe 4 times now) because they have to reschedule after waiting months for an appointment then rescheduling for 6 weeks later is EXTREMELY frustrating! The only reason we stayed with the office is because of how wonderful they are!! If it wasn't for this I'd give them 6 stars if I could!!
