Poor bedside manner
I have had 4 colonoscopys from Dr. Lackey, and have found him to be cold, and blunt in manner, and not caring and explanatory to me. I will not go to him again. Doctors should explain a health problem to their patients, they are the ones with a medical degree, and patients have a right to have their conditions explained to them.
Dr. Lackey is an excellent gastroenterologist. He is a "straight to the point" type of person (please don't misinterpret his style), possesses great skill in endoscopy, of which i have received a few. I really trust his medical instinct, his clinic is very modern, clean and staff members are excellent, many of them have been with him a very long time. Highly recommend.
Dr. Lackey is kind, gentle and very knowledgeable. He takes his time when he is with me and truly cares about my wellbeing. He is not an alarmist and explains things well.
