Dr. Johnston is a great doctor but his office staffer Brandy is the worst ever. She is beyond rude. After 8 days of my pharmacy faxing to get a non-narcotic prescription that I have taken for years filled, I called Dr. Johnston's office. Brandy's response, yea we will get to it today. NOT didn't happen. Two days after that and 9 days after the SEVEN faxes my pharmacy sent them, they finally responded. Now I am looking for a new doctor. worst experience i've evr had with Dr. and staff. Wold not recommend!!!!
Each time I go to this office the wait time is well over 2 hours no matter when you schedule your appointment and Dr. Johnston is so busy that if you are sick in the hospital and need a follow up with him within days, most likely you wont be able to get an appt for at least a week. The staff has always been rude and inconsiderate. I would absolutley not reccomend this facility. They are rude and slow and asked me to get another primary because I asked to get a perscription faxed to my pharmacy. He is just another Dr. in the ring for the money, not the care. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
Dr jJohnston is great, but his staff is rude and not very helpful. I went to the emergency room on a Saturday and was told to see my doctor on Monday. The staff did not care and wanted to give me an appointment 10 days out. I asked if they could refer me, they said no. I asked if I could come in and wait or be put on a list for cancelations, again the answer was no, they were just too busy. Every doctor I have ever had, had emergency appointments available. We've been patients for years but are finding new physicians because of their scheduling. In the past 3 years we have made appointments and waited well over 2 hours EVERY time. They REFUSE to call in prescription orders over the phone, even if you've been with them for years and the medication is for general purposes, such as blood pressure meds. I could understand if it was for sleeping pills or pain meds or something but blood pressure medications??? My wife was really sick one time and made an appointment and went in and ... read more
Dr. Johnston is a very good listener and takes time to treat the combination of symptoms not each one individually. A very good doctor.
Incredibly nice and helpful. Very friendly, very comforting, and very much gives the impression that he truly cares. Best doctor I've met in Vegas, and highly recommended.
