This dudes response to an unexplained image which came out either wrong somehow, or was another persons or a surgical clamp he installed in my shoulder that ended up in my elbow, was, now get this; he said: that The University of Penn operated on my shoulder while I was in a coma for twelve days with PNEUMONIA.
