WARNING: Don’t give your SS# out to any NH dentist until they give you all of their liability insurance information!! There is no law that says a dentist must give this info to you on demand, that it is only found out during “discovery” for a court case. All these dentists know this but don’t tell you. This little prik stole every cent I could have saved! The hell that I have been put through in uncovering this nest is inexcusable.
