Dr. Billings wanted to wait to perform a colonoscopy until I had my pacemaker implanted. Made the appointment for the colonoscopy after the pacemaker was successfully implanted by a cardiologist associated with Crestwood. Prepped for the colonoscopy, checked in to Crestwood and they asked me if I had cardiac clearance, I had no idea it was needed. My dad needed help and they keep postponing his appointment until he had lost 50lbs, then when he Finally got in, they told him to go to the ER! Totally useless!
Stay far away from Dr Billings, his entire staff and office is full of incompetent morons. I came in with extreme stomach pain and was told I had to wait 3 months for a routine endoscopy to see what’s wrong. After 3 months of excruciating pain I finally make it to my appointment only to be told I am not eligible for the procedure. I am a 39 year old male with no previous history. Dr. Billings has been an amazing gastro doctor for our college aged daughter. She had experienced some stomach pain and coughing and he was able to treat her reflux to control the cough. After an endoscopy, he ended up referring her to a general surgeon for suspected gall bladder issues, which was removed just two days later. My daughter had been feeling bad for sometime and thankfully Dr. Billings helped us get answers and she's already feeling so much better! We are very thankful for his caring nature and help!
Dr. Billings left me bleeding after removal of five pollops. The office was not helpful. I went to the emergency room. I met Dr. Volker who was one of the worst. He had no bedside manner, yelled at me and treated me awful. After hemorrhaging in the hospital, with my hemoglobin at 6.2, I had to have a blood transfusion. I spent 4 days in the hospital. I don't recommend the center for colon and digestive diseases, Dr. Billings or Dr. Volker. I'd post pictures of my experience but Google would probably take them down due to the... read more
