Song Institute has removed 100% of the stress with ordering specialty medicine. They have great customer service with a team culture of helping patients as much as they can: cold call schedule flexibility with injections and checking qty of my medication to help me plan insurance costs, handling auto order of monthly injections, etc. I have never felt like I was asking for a lot or a bother to the team.
I have seen Dr. Wong a handful of times over the last few years. And overall everything is good. However I am giving two stars for to reasons. When I call and leave voicemails, no one ever calls me back. Its happened like 3 - 4 times now. Or if they say, they will call you back ... 9 times out of 10 they won't. I always have to call again to follow up. Also because when i need an emergency appointment there are no available appointments and are completely booked up for months. The doctors and staff are great. We didn't feel rushed , great listening skills from the doctor and the staff is very nice and professional. My child and husband both come here!
I originally went to Dr. Wong for my son's allergies. I was so impressed by his care and knowledge that I asked him if he took new asthma patients (I saw some asthma charts on the wall). He did and I made an appointment for the following week to see him. I've now seen him almost a dozen times and he's my go-to doctor when I am sick.
