I have been trying to get Dr Ripp to review a prescription refill with my insurance company for 2 months! It’s for diabetes and I don’t think Dr Ripp cares about his patients! I have called more times than I can count, left messages and no one ever responds. The few times that someone bothers to answer the phone, I’m told they are working on it and someone will call me back. Never once has anyone called back. The office is filthy as well as the exam rooms and my last appointment was in a storage room!! Very unprofessional!! ... read more
Love Ripp but again they never answer phone or call in refills or call and tell you what's going on. Why is the phone such an issue there, we see him every month and you might as well wait till you see him to get anything done. Staff is friendly just incompetent. Why
The staff is always friendly, professional and caring. The doctor is very attentive to your needs and finds a resolution to ease your pain and meet your medical needs.
I'm seeing Dr. Ripp for Primary care and even after just my first visit he was extremely thorough, kind, attentive and really made me feel comfortable.
I was in severe pain and was able to get in to see him same day. He was very compassionate and caring. He helped me get through it. Thank you.
